February 29, 2008 – Doomed finally arrives

I have posted the first video for my new series, Doomed, on YouTube, finally! After months of pre-production and procrastination and just a general lack of time, the teaser is up. While it’s not a huge deal, at least this is the first step. The plan is to have the second video up next week. This second video is an extended introduction to the series. Following that, I’ll release the first official episode.

This is just so exciting for me. It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten a new video up on YouTube, but it’s a great feeling to know that I’ll have more coming, and that these will be much more regular than the production intensive Spud films.

February 25, 2008 – Finally Doomed

I’ve posted this image with the coming soon before, but now really, it is. Very soon. I shot a few episodes over the weekend as well as a teaser and have created one other teaser. The first teaser is locked and awaiting some music and should be uploaded soon. The second, which is as much of an introduction to the series as it is a teaser has been edited and will get the music treatment as well in the next few days. I really hope to have the first clip up this week, the second up next week and then post the first real episode the week after that.

It’s so exciting to have this almost ready to go. I really wish I could post all the pieces right away, but we’ll all just have to be patient. I currently have a handful of episodes nearing completion and then we’ll see how well these do before I create more. Hopefully they’ll get a good response and some viewers.
